Welcome to European Wireless 2021, “Virtualization paradigms and satellite integration in future generation wireless communications!


European Wireless 2021 final technical program is now available.

The 26th European Wireless (EW) will be organized in November 10-12, 2021, in Verona, the beautiful Italian city of Romeo and Juliet. The focus of the conference is on emerging virtualization paradigms in wireless networks and the relevance of satellite integration for the future of next generation wireless systems.

The 2021 European Wireless Organizing Committee is closely monitoring developments related to the COVID-19 outbreak. The health and safety of our participants is the main priority. The Organizing Committee is diligently working to ensure that the hard work of conference organization and authors is not minimized by the impact of this crisis, while also considering the health and safety of our participants. For this reason, it is possible to attend the conference both online as well as in person. In person attendance will require to have a valid green pass and use masks for indoor activities. EW 2021 conference will be physically held in Verona, Italy, in Nov. 10-12, 2021. This will represent the full event, hosting authors’ real presentations, and allowing for interactions and networking among the participants.

EW2021 is aimed at addressing a key theme on “Virtualization paradigms and satellite integration in future generation wireless communications”. Topics of interest include, but are not limited to, the following:
o Radio Access Networks and Backhaul/Fronthaul
o Edge and Core Network
o 5G and Beyond Verticals and Services
o Satellite-5G Integration
o Wireless Security

Moreover, keynote and tutorials on emerging technologies will be included in the programme of this exciting event. Participation to tutorials will be included in the conference registration.

EW 2021 is committed to the highest publication and ethical standards through a rigorous single-blind peer-review process. Submitted manuscripts must be original and not be published or under review elsewhere. Papers must not infringe any copyright or third party right. Acceptance of submitted papers will be based on quality, relevance, and originality. Conference content will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore as well as other Abstracting and Indexing (A&I) databases.
